Dan Gray is responsible for product development, engineering, and technical strategy for FISBA’s North America business unit. He leads a team of engineers, technicians, and project managers to partner with customers at all stages of development, solving complex and challenging optical problems.

Dan holds a bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. in Optics from the University of Rochester, with a focus on biomedical optics and ophthalmology. He has over 15 years of experience in developing precision optical systems for medical, biometric, consumer, and industrial markets. Dan is passionate about engineering, product development, and bringing products into manufacturing.
