Mustafa Kolac has been part of FISBA since May 2008. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience across various technical and leadership positions, including roles as Quality Engineer, Project Manager, Team Lead, and Head of Assembly. For ten years, he successfully led FISBA’s Assembly department.

In 2025, Mustafa joined the Product Management team for Optical Systems, where he is responsible for the strategic development and success of our assemblies.

He holds a vocational degree as a Polymechanic and has completed further training as an Industrial Foreman, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Quality Engineer, combining technical expertise with leadership skills and process know-how.
