Adrian Kobelt
Adrian Kobelt joined FISBA in October 2021. For more than four years, he made a strong impact as Head of the Round Optics department, driving progress and fostering team development. Since April 2025, he has combined two roles: AVOR for Round Optics, Cementing, and Industrialization Projects, and Product Manager Components.
Adrian brings over 30 years of experience in the optical industry. He started his career with an apprenticeship as a Precision Mechanic and went on to hold positions in lens manufacturing, project management, and team leadership. He later took on leadership roles in super polishing and round optics, where he was responsible for process development, training, and the technical support of international production sites.
