As Co-Chief Operating Officer, Mike Kahrer is responsible for key operational topics at FISBA and plays a significant role in the ongoing development of the company.

Mike Kahrer has been with FISBA for 18 years and has more than 15 years of leadership experience. During this time, he has been involved in the implementation of key customer projects, the execution of ramp-up scenarios, the support of employees throughout change processes, as well as driving optimizations with regard to cost structures and customer satisfaction. One of his particular strengths lies in the leadership of cross-functional teams, actively involving and motivating employees and leveraging their capabilities effectively during implementation.

Mike Kahrer completed an apprenticeship as a mechanical technician and further expanded his qualifications with advanced training as a leadership specialist. His extensive operational experience and strong leadership skills shape his role as Co-COO at FISBA.
