As Co-Chief Operating Officer, Fabio Hübscher is responsible for the core operational areas of FISBA AG and plays a key role in shaping the company's sustainable growth with his many years of expertise.
During his ten-year career at FISBA, he successfully established the Order Center and managed it for over five years. His extensive leadership experience covers the entire operational value chain – from production planning and the assembly of complex modules to project and inventory management. Prior to this, he spent ten years in the dental and medical technology sector, giving him a deep understanding of highly regulated markets and the highest quality standards. A trained mechanical technician, he holds a Diploma Technician HF in Business Processess (ZbW St. Gallen).
