洪亮先生（Leo Hong）于 2021 年 4 月加入 FISBA，自 2026 年 3 月起担任我们上海分公司的总经理。他的职业生涯一直担任着国际集团的高级管理职务，积累了丰富的构建具有弹性和成本效益的运营系统的经验。
Leo负责管理中国地区的所有综合业务运营，包括销售、生产以及采购。他具备全面的“实战”经验，涵盖了从质量控制到供应商开发的整个供应链环节，这确保了FISBA 上海分公司能够以最高效率运营。
他拥有复旦大学的工商管理硕士学位以及上海大学的电子科学与技术学士学位。这种将高级管理培训与扎实的技术基础相结合的罕见组合，使Leo能够以战略性、跨职能的方式进行领导，从而确保 FISBA 的高科技解决方案能够以本地卓越的标准得以交付。
Leo Hong joined FISBA in April 2021 and serves as the General Manager of our Shanghai location since March 2026. With a career defined by senior leadership roles in international groups, he brings a wealth of experience in building resilient and cost-effective operational systems.
Leo oversees all integrated business operations in China, including Sales, Production, and Procurement. His "hands-on" expertise across the entire supply chain, from quality control to supplier development, ensures that FISBA Shanghai operates with the highest efficiency.
He holds an MBA from Fudan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Shanghai University. This rare combination of advanced management training and a solid technical foundation allows Leo to lead with a strategic, cross-functional approach, ensuring FISBA’s high-tech solutions are delivered with local excellence.
