Where we need you
Project Manager
- Project management of customer, product, and process development projects
- Planning, scheduling, and execution of project trials e.g. operating production equipment, measuring instruments, etc.
- Further development of technological basics
- Interacting with suppliers and customers
- Feasibility assessments of inquiries from the sales organization as well as preparation of offers for customer, product, and process development projects
- Elaboration of investment proposals
- Technical complaint processing
Automation Engineers
- Design and implementation of automation solutions in the optics and laser environment
- Extension and upgrade of process equipment
- Development and creation of specific operating and test equipment
- Creation, revision, and upgrade of software and firmware
- Project management with the goal of meeting quality specifications, costs, and deadlines
Software Engineer
- Software support and development of software systems for the support and characterization of manufacturing processes of optical components and systems
- Development of effective algorithms and software systems in the field of signal and image processing-based measurement and control systems
- Development and creation of specific operating and test equipment
- Management of projects focusing on quality, costs, and deadlines
- Development and assurance of process competencies
Process Engineer / Project Manager
- Maintenance, further development, and application of automation solutions in the optics, assembly, and laser environment
- Extension and upgrade of process equipment
- Support of specific operating and test equipment
- Maintenance, modification, revision, and upgrade of software and firmware
- Project management to meet quality specifications, costs, and deadlines
- Collaboration/cooperationon in automation projects R+D
- Implementation of new developments in Operations in cooperation with R+D
